Warranty Agreement
The Parties agree that Peacock and Company has extended a two year warranty on the work preformed for the customer, guaranteeing that all work was completed in a workmanlike manner pursuant to the terms of the contract.If, from the date below, the materials and/or construction are found to be defective or damaged from normal homeowners use (ordinary wear and tear accepted), Peacock and Company will repair and/or replace any defective or damaged item for a period of two years.
The items which include a manufacturer's warranty will be guaranteed by Peacock and Company in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.
