This first-floor remodel reflects a whole home remodeling approach, creating a cohesive, updated look across the kitchen, living room, dining room, and stairway. The kitchen remodel features clean-lined white cabinetry, warm wood flooring, and a functional layout anchored by a large island, with a nearby custom beverage station that adds both storage and visual interest through soft green cabinetry and open shelving. In the living room, built-in cabinetry and floating wood shelves frame the fireplace, creating a balanced focal point with practical storage. The dining area is refined with detailed wall trim and a modern chandelier, while the updated stairway introduces a lighter, more open feel with wood handrails and simple black balusters. Throughout the space, consistent finishes and thoughtful detailing tie each area together into a unified design.
