Wellington Park Kitchen and Bathrooms

Granger, IN

Timely completion of this upscale kitchen and bath remodel was the goal for these clients, who were enthusiastic to move into their new home. This remodel was inspired by the clients’ own ideas – and rendered a possibility by the Peacock team.

A total reconfiguration of the kitchen layout aimed to maximize natural light and included custom cabinetry, all new appliances, hardwoods and fixtures.

The bespoke master bath design boasts dual vanities, custom cabinets and vanity tower.

Client satisfaction led to the assignment of an additional bathroom project, also pictured here. The stone countertops with glass vessel sink, combined with a Brizo faucet add a custom touch to enhance the guest experience.

Mishawaka Avenue Kitchen and Bath

Mishawaka, Indiana

Peacock worked to maximize space, storage and light for this delightful kitchen in Mishawaka. A custom island with open shelving, modern gray painted cabinets and a classic white subway tile backsplash make this kitchen a timeless treasure. The client selected a ceramic tile flooring, combining the look of wood with the pragmatic durability of tile.

Waterford Green Bathroom

A peaceful, spa-like experience in a subdued, natural setting was the goal for this client. Custom tilework throughout lends a tailored look to the space.  An older soaking tub was removed to make way for a sitting area that doubles as storage, as well as his-and-her vanities. A walk-in-shower featuring a pebble floor and glass surround completes the look of this serene bathroom.

Foxchase Kitchen

Granger, Indiana

Peacock appointed this kitchen with modern touches while honoring the home’s traditional feel in this complete remodel.  Hardwood floors were refinished, and a new, expanded painted island was installed with super white quartzite countertop. A Sub-zero fridge allows for more walkway room. The slide in gas range is topped with a powerful hood, flanked by under-cabinet puck lighting, adding nice ambiance. A little-used desk area was removed in favor of tall pantry cabinets. White subway tile to the ceiling lends a classic, modern look to the space.

Signal Pointe Bathroom

Niles, Michigan

This project came full circle for Peacock – the client asked us to remodel their master bath, which had been previously remodeled by Peacock in the 1980s. We were happy to oblige, adding specialized touches to delight them along the way. Carpet and dark black tile made way for custom tiling – border tiles, mosaic tiling, and multi-sized tiling in the shower.  A large tub was removed to make way for a sleeker, more modern tub, allowing for a new makeup sitting area to complement the his-and-hers vanities. A heated floor and brushed nickel fixtures add the finishing touches to this respite.

A transitional style in this kitchen remodel honors the history of this beautiful home, while adding modern touches. Two walls were removed in the process, opening the space and allowing for the placement of a large eat-in island with pendant lighting overhead.  New island cabinets, tile backsplash and coffee area complement existing cabinetry. New flooring throughout the kitchen and adjacent rooms in the house promote continuity of line and look.
